    Default St. Issey History

    Susan - do you know of any books that provide abit of the history of St. Isssey, apart from descriptions of the parish church. I was looking more for geology, economics, life style - 16th - 18th century?

    Have you tried abebooks?
    There are a couple of titles there at the moment which may be of interest to you.
    Also just logging on to https://www.a2a.org.uk/search/index.asp
    makes for interesting reading. Just type in your keyword and lots of indexed archives will appear.
