    Default Thank you for the add

    Hi,
    I'm researching both mine and my husband's family histories. Mine is part Irish so that causes me plenty of problems as I'm researching from the UK and my mum knew very little. My husband's maternal line ends abruptly with his grandfather who appears to have completely vanished. I'm also looking for help researching electoral rolls successfully as that is an area which has been a bit hit and miss so far.

    Welcome to the British Genealogy Forum, Dawn. Have a wander round, look at what we have and choose a suitable forum to ask a question or tell us about a bit of your research.
    The messages called "stickies" at the top of each forum contain general info for that area of research. There's also a few really general messages at the top of the "finding your feet" forum we're in at the moment.
