Default Twins: Clifford & Marshall BRETT Dec 1918

Twin boys were born in December 1918 to Miss B M BRETT of Martlesham, Woodbridge, Suffolk.
    I believe that they are registered Q1 1919 Lexden: CLIFFORD M & MARSHALL C.
As their surname & mmn are the same (BRETT) I assume that there is no father registered.

In the WW1 Service Records (WO 363) of JOHN EDWARD MARSHALL (b c1880, E Ham; married 1913 Birmingham; home address Edgbaston; one daughter) are letters from Miss B M BRETT, desperate to find him, having not heard from him since June 1918 when she told him of her "condition" ...

So if you are looking for the father of these 2 boys:

It looks as though the twins both died in 1944 in Suffolk. Marshall in Deben and Clifford in Ipswich.
In the 1939, they are both living on a farm in Deben with 2 other Bretts (Cyril RP b. 1908) and Phyllis BM (b. 1909). All 4 of them single.

In 1911, Cyril Ronald Percy & Phyllis Blanch Mary Brett, siblings, resident with their family including sister Beatrice Maud Brett, 5 other sibs and their parents John & Harriet on a farm in Suffolk.
Beatrice seems to have married a Robert McLean in 1922 and died in 1930 in Woodbridge.
