My Grandfather served with the Lovat Scouts in WW1. He fought at Suvla Bay in the Gallipoli campaign, then went to Egypt to take part in the Senussi Campaign. After that he went to France where I'd heard his unit was integrated into another Scottish Battalion. He was subsequently wounded at the battle of the Somme. Does anyone have any information on the Lovat Scouts?

What have you done so far to research this man?
There's this medal card. Is that him?
