    Mis-filed as MARKHAM & MORKHAM in the WW1 Service Records (WO 363):

    Birth: Thomas MORKAM, Q2 1875 Bradford.
    Marriage: Thomas MORKAN, Q3 1904, Bradford.
    Children: MORKAN, except 1915 - MORKAM

    Thomas enlisted September 1914, declared age 38y 67d, born Bradford.
    Served as Pte 11481 with the West Riding Regiment until 1917 (leg amputation).

    Married Mary Ann/Hannah WHITAKER in 1904. (Record = Hannah; GRO = Ann)
    Children: Thomas 1907, Mary 1909, Margaret Ann 1911, Catherine/Kathleen 1913 (Record = Catherine; GRO = Kathleen), Michael 1915.

    Oddly, I can't find him on the pensions list (on Anc) under any of those names...

    I think I may have accidentally found his son's death - age and place match. Thomas Morkan age 25 in 1932 in Bradford. There's someone similar in the Bradford Children's Hospital in the 1911.
