    Mis-filed in the MAR section of the WW1 Service Records (WO 363):

    John MATHIESON, a Blacksmith, joined the ASC on 9 June 1917 declaring age 40y 10m.
    Served until 1919. Regt No: 335196

    Home address: Railway Cottages, Ballachulish, Argyle
    Daughter ANNIE born February 1918

    Service records says wife Mary Mathieson, mar 1901, children Jan (1910) Christina (1915).
    Oddly, if you search Anc on his service number, he doesn't come up, but the number natches that in the service record.
