With builders at work in the flat downstairs on this Christmas Eve morning, I'm up and at my pc early enough to be the first to wish everyone a Happy Christmas.
Thanks to all of our very helpful members for making BG such a friendly and useful "club" to belong to. Many of you go above and beyond the call, as they say, and the Forum would not be the same without you.

Merry Christmas and a huge thank you for being such marvellous members of this forum to everyone.
I could not have found so much information about my ancestors without the members of this forum.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!Sadly, our dear friend Ann (alias Ladkyis) passed away on Thursday, 26th. December, 2019.

Christmas morning here in NZ so our festive day is about to begin.
As the others have said - thanks to all those members who take the time to help others on our forums. So many have helped and been helped over the years and it is still the place to come when stuck with an ancestor who refuses to tell us their secret.
Wishing you all a happy holiday.

Hopefully I'm in time to wish all our 'Down under' members a very happy Christmas - I know I'm in time for most of us in the northern hemisphere.
I will just echo Lesley's words of thanks to all FMs.
I was going to say 'may the new year bring less brickwalls for everyone' but that might mean the BG sleuths having quite a boring life!

All the messages above have voiced my thoughts from "down under" - and yes you were in time Pam.

Please add my good wishes to all board members for a happy and peaceful Christmas and Good New Year, and not forgetting all those people wherever they are who will perhaps not be having such a good time for whatever reason.
