cannot find any death for both of them in Australia.
last recorded on electoral rolls in Aust in 1943 Wynnum Queensland.

From "Find a Will".. Administration granted 6 March 1988 ( no grantee named), so no valid will. Delay in grant suggests possible difficulty in tracing next of kin to make application.

What age does it give for her on the death notice? I cannot see the death on Freebmd. They are extending the dates beyond 1983 but haven't got that far yet!

What's "a notice"? If this refers to the probate calendar, the entry is for a Lily Christina Madgwick. She features in the shipping records and appears to have been married to Bernard Edward Madgwick, a mining engineer. If so, her maiden name was Drinkwater and she was born in 1922.

The 'B' registration stands for the Brisbane area. Death records are restricted for 30 years and Lila could easily have lived to after 1988. She may also have died under a different surname. They had a few problems.
