Default Air Publications Unit - Royal Air Force 1946

My father in law spent his National Service in Egypt in the Royal Air Force. I have one or two documents and quite a few photographs from his time there.

I also have a small card advising of a Grand Dance on Boxing Day 1946 which is titled the APU, RAF, Middle east.

I would like to forward these documents to a museum or archive office of the APU. I have looked online but there doesn't seem to be any mention of an APU. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Or the Royal Air Force Museum? They say that they collect material about all aspects of the RAF.
