Default Spicer surname (Australia, England, Trinidad)

Hello again everyone! I haven't been on in a while but I've still been searching. My usual

I received a few more names recently and thought I'd put it 'out there' here in hopes something might turn up. I got the names Quinton Spicer and his son Aaron Spicer (I think Quinton may be my great-great grandfather's brother).

    - I'm estimating Quinton Spicer's birth around 1870

    - I'm estimating Aaron Spicer's birth around 1890-1900

I was told these Spicers started in Australia and came by boat from England to Trinidad. I'm not sure where to start looking for either of these names. If anyone can help, thanks so much!

(I think Quinton may be my great-great grandfather's brother).
What is the name of your g.g.grandfather, and when/where was he born?

That is the mystery and my brick wall. His name (as we've all always known it) is Elvon Spicer. A genealogist did a search in Trinidad for his birth and death records but was unable to find either. We think he was born in England or Australia (instead of Trinidad).

His birth is approx 1874 give or take five years or so.

The genealogist did end up finding a document with his marriage info though (married my g.g.grandmother in Trinidad in 1900). His name on the marriage certificate was listed as "Ranulf Elvan Glarington Spicer" (certainly possibility of misspellings. Ranulf might be Randolph? And Glarington might be Clarington?)
