stuck on going back from 1901

Good Morning,
really need some help please, Looking for a Joseph Harris I,ve only found him on the 1901/1911 census living at 11, Thorold Street Bethnal Green, London, with his wife Sarah and Children My connection is with the son Joseph 1889. cannot find a marriage nor baptism, for their children, both the census say Born Cambridge but have not been able to locate him at all! really would be good to find the Mothers maiden name, also tried to find his brother Alfred but it seems he vanished as well.

Found on FreeBMD then I looked on GRO to find mothers maiden name.

This Joseph is a boot maker, born Whittlesford Cambridge. His age is out though, but Joseph 1901 and 1911 has different years of birth. I lose track of him after 1891, perhaps we should try finding the children and Rebecca (I don't think they married, so she could be under Thompson)
