My gt gt gt Grandfather Jonah Bunn born around 1821 is missing from the 1881 census. He lived in staffordshire and is located on all other census. In 1871 he was living with his son and daughter Richard and Jane Bunn (his wife died in 1860). He was a boatman (canal) could this account for the missing info? In 1861 he is on the census twice recorded at home and also on the vessel. He died in 1885. Can anyone offer any advice?
