FreeBMD HERE only gave 1 hit for a search on Vincent Stiles born 1885-1895. It's for a birth registration for Vincent Bernard P Stiles, Sept quarter of 1889, registration district Windsor.

If you check the 1891 census, you'll find him aged 1 with his parents William & Elizabeth and 4 siblings. In the 1901, he's listed as Vincent BP Stiles, with parents & 2 sibs. in Kew. Dad's a butler. I think VBPS might have married in Canada, but I only have the UK version of Ancestry so can't check. There's a death in Windsor for someone of that full set of names in 1890.
