My name is Jennifer. I am an experienced family history researcher and found this site when trying to find information about a particular ship. It seems this site encompasses more than that. Now I have to find out where to post my particular enquiry!

Welcome to the British-Genealogy forums Jennifer
We certainly are much more than a ships' site and take pretty much all queries in our stride.
I see you have posted already about the movements of the ship the Mary Blundell. Hopefully aomeone more experoenced than me with ship's records will be able to help.

Hi Jennifer, there is an article in the Adelaide Register (Trove National Library of Australia) written in 1924 regarding the Mary Blundell, it could be of help,

Mary Blundell (ship)
Thank you for those links to the Mary Blundell. Tracking down the movements of a sailor is tricky. I think my next task is to check the Shipping News for Port Adelaide. I'll try to copy this into my other thread. J
