Hello,
I am searching information about a British Soldier, who died in Tientsin, China, in 1900.
Do you have any Idea, where to look for this?
Thanks for any help!

Hello @Gortonboy
Yes, ofcourse.
According to a Newspaper article we know this:
Tientsin (China) Losses
Casualties at the capture of the Arsenal north east of Tientsin Settlement, June 27 in 1900 by combined forces, the british forces engaged being the Naval brigade and the first chinese regiment.
Killed
Centurion
Frank Sharp, A.B.
We are searching a Frank Leopold Sharp, who is missed since that time and we wonder, if it could be this one.
Our Frank was born in 1869.

I know that. But he did not really die in May 1902. His Sister claimed he should have died (to get the probate) in the time between 1902 and 1929. No one knows where or when he really died, because he was missed. That's why we search him.
