Thanks for all the info I have found the children's births registered in Dudley district but I can only assume that, for some reason, they have been missed off the census.

Sedgley is approx 4 miles NW of Dudley

Go to freebmd select one of the births / marriages in Dudley click on Dudley and follow the link through, you will see the villages that came under the jurisdiction of Dudley, Sedgley is one of those

For 1861 census Hannah was born in Newport, did the family move there in preparation for their emigration?

Maybe this is a case of purchasing Hanah's birth certificate to see what address is on it in 1860

A .pdf is the cheaper route form gro.gov.uk

RG9 1902 states the return is part of Edgmond, there are 36 pages to look through for the family

    Thanks for your reply.
The family aren't direct relatives so it doesn't warrant buying a certificate.
    I don't understand
"For 1861 census Hannah was born in Newport" could you please explain a little more.

OOps I picked up the wrong Hannah Fox b 1860 d/o Thomas & Martha FOX, however she is still part of your Fox family correct one
    Dec 1860
    FOX Hannah Dudley 6c 33

This one does not appear on the gro.gov.uk site so I have advised them
