There are a few scattered pages mis-filed in the CLA section of WO 363 (WW1 Service Records).
The man MAY NOT be named Albert Edward - that is my best guess ...

A E CHAPMAN, joined the Middlesex Regt in Dec 1915/March 1916. Declared age 30y 8m, born "Norfleet". (assuming this is NORTHFLEET, which would be the STROOD district, there are only 2 "A E" births between 1880 & 1890 - both ALBERT EDWARD)
Married - wife's initial: N.
Home address: Northfleet, Kent
Missing, killed in action or died of wounds: Sept 1918
