Looking for WW2 info

I have been trying to find my father in law's records with no success. Leonard Arthur Beckett Royal Norfolk Rgt. 1940-1945. I have his Records from UK, but can't find him on here. He was also in the 9th Lancers for 12 years from 1920.
Can anyone help please? My son has now received replicas of his grandfather's medals so he can wear them on ANZAC Day.

I'm slightly confused the thread title and then you saying 'I have his records', unless you mean that for some reason you only have the records concerning Leonard's time in The Lancers. Have I misunderstood something?

As Pam said, do you have his service records from MOD, if so that is probably all you will get on him. The only things online for WW2 are if they were killed, were awarded a gallantry award or were an officer and were promoted.
If you have his service records, then you will know which battalion of the Royal Norfolk he was in and National Archives UK has the war diaries, here -

That is all battalions, so you need to know which one he was in.
