    Default George Edward Clark

C.P.L. George Edward Clark. Service number may be 124896. May have been a medic. Served for the British Air Force in ww2. He was from UK stationed on or near Prince Edward Island,Canada around 1940-42.
I’m looking for any information on him. This is my husband’s paternal grandfather and we are doing family tree research.

    Thank you for any information

Hi, welcome to the British Genealogy Forum

You've not much information there to go on, Clark is a common surname, add to that that there's no online service records for those who served in WW2, so it is a needle in a haystack unless you have extra information to share.

Did he live in Canada, do you have his date of birth/marriage/death; who did he marry and when/where; when/where were any children born? Tell us all you know about him and we'll see if we can help.

    Welcome to Brit-Gen
If your husband's grandfather served in the British Royal Airforce then his records will still be with the Ministry of Defence. You can apply for them and this 'sticky' gives the link where you can download the application forms. You don't need a service number but you will need a 30 pound fee and a copy of his death certificate.
