Person unable to register

I received this message today from a contact I have advised to register here for help! I have suggested she clears her cache and tries again. Is there a known issue? Can I send her email address by PM to an Admin?

I tried three times to register at [this forum, URL removed] and was given the message that I omitted a required field. I looked at all fields and made certain nothing was omitted. There is no contact information given for the administrator so I do not know what to do.

Are you a registered member? If so, would you please contact the administrator and ask him/her to send me an email message?

I've sent an email direct to 'Head Office'.
Though as it might be first day back at work after the holidays it could be twenty-fours hours before they're able to deal with it. But they are aware.
