Died (abscess of liver) 21 May 1900.
Parents (no surname shown): FREDERICK & ELLEN.
Brother: THOMAS.
Sister: CLARA.
Parents' address: 13 Thomas Turner Street, Manchester, later changed to 29 Rumford Street, Salford.
It is unclear which surname is "correct".
