My Great Grandfather Thomas O'Meara died in St Thomas Hospital Lambeth in 1888 How can I find out where he is Buried? He was an Army Pensioner.

Where did he live? Who would have been responsible for the funeral arrangements? These are relevant to where he might have been buried,

If he and his family lived in Lambeth you could read this...

He looks as if he is living at 3 Heathfield Place, Lambeth in the 1881 census together with wife Eliza and 2 children, so perhaps he would have been buried in that area. You could try searching on which church serves Heathfield Place but bear in mind it might also be a Roman Catholic church given that he was born in Ireland.

1888 is well past the implementation of the Metropolitan Burial Act. For someone who had been living in Lambeth, I would suggest that a public cemetery (municipal or privately owned) would be the likeliest place. They are of course multi-denominational.

Thanks for your posts, yes he was Roman Catholic. He was in the 18th and 88th Regiments in India

Have you tried Find a Grave? They’re good for some areas.
