    Perhaps this one:

1911 Census at 5 Fraser Street, Bolton
John Robert BATESON, head, labourer 45 Bolton
Mary Ann BATESON wife, scutcher/tenter 39 Bolton
Henry BATESON son, asst horse keeper 20 Bolton
Elizabeth BATESON dau, doffer 15 Bolton
Herbert BATESON son, moulder 21 Bolton

Fraser Street was in Brownlow Fold, Bolton, between Darley Street and Thomasson Park.

    Possible birth:
    Herbert BATESON b. 1889 Bolton Q3 8C 451 mmn MILLER
    Henry BATESON b. 1891 Bolton, Q1 8C 534 mmn MELLOR?
    Elizabeth Alice BATESON b. Bolton 1895 Q4 8C 519 mmn MILLER

Can't find a BATESON/MELLOR marriage but there is this:
    John Robert BATESON m. Mary Ann MILLER 1889 Bolton Q1 8C 377

The 1911 Census above records that there were six children to the marriage, three living. These may be the others:

    Mary Jane BATESON b. 1893 Bolton Q3 8C 526 mmn MILLER
    Alfred BATESON b. 1897 Bolton Q4 8C 520 mmn MILLER
    Sarah BATESON b. 1899 Bolton Q3 8C 452 mmn MILLER

Looking closely at Henry's attestation form, it appears his age was 23years and 240 days as at 3rd September 1914. This means his date of birth should be in the first week of January 1891, which agrees with the birth index above.

I forgot to say in #2, that all the above assumes MELLOR is a transcription error!

    "Attestation form"???
Oh you clever man, Peter - the bulk of his papers are indeed correctly filed (in the BAT section).
Wouldn't it be useful if we could put the mis-files with them!
