Wounded 31 October 1915;
Died of wounds (on board HMHS LANFRANC, being transported to Alexandria) 3 November 1915.

There is a George Packard marriage Sheffield reg dist March 1/4 1902. On the same page is a Lily/Lilly Johnston
In 1911 they are at 198 Earsham St Sheffield. George born c1884 and occupation an engineers driller. Two children Lily 7 and Elsie 5
