    Default Mark Long

I have met a sticky brick wall. A relative of mine Mark Long (Christened c 13 Oct 1717 In st Martins Church Hindringham is said to have married a Jane Balles around the date of 17 October 1749. I am looking for any information on this pair as anything is better than nothing and may just help me over that brick wall.

The marriage is on FreeReg. They married at Warham All Saints on 17 Oct 1749. The site also has one baptism for a son of Mark and Jane

    William baptised 1755 Hindringham.

    Default Thanks for the info

Is there any mention of whom Mark's parents were? I will log into free reg (something I have not used a lot of in the past)

As you've probably found out by now, FreeREG have the baptism of a Richard Long on 13 Oct 1717 in Hindringham. Parents John and Mary.
Mark Long was baptised 1 Dec 1713, parents Willielmi (sic) and Martha.
    Hindringham PRs are on FamilySearch.
    https://www.familysearch.org/search/...meFilter=false
Scroll down and then click on the browse images option.
Select Hindringham, and then you want 'baptism, marriages, and burials'. In the early registers all the events were in one book but it's not too bad as you've only a hundred images to work through.
