    I suspect that you may have come to us via Forces War Records, and if so, this will tell you a bit about us.
    As our name implies, we deal mainly with genealogical queries. Because you're seeking people connected to ships or conflicts I feel that you would be better off posting your query on Forces Reunited where the people there are connected to one of the services.
