You can search and get basic results, such as how many Jane Smiths there are in the 1911 census and where but you won't be able to see the images/transcriptions without you pay. Using the basic search it will show the results of your search in each of the categories in the left hand column.

Back again!
Some time after this last post someone, not necessarily from this forum, sent me three Thomas Warren baptisms in 1732.in Suffolk
They told me that they were the only Thomas Warrens recorded and gave me the three villages.
None of them seemed at all relevant at the time.
Unfortunately I have lost the reference and now new information has come to light and I am desperate to find out those three villages again!!!
Funny what difference a year makes!
I now know that Thomas attended a school in Needham Market before his wheelwright apprenticeship and teaching career.
I have checked out the parish map so kindly suggested and now know what villages could be a possibility.
I am wondering how i can find those 1732 baptism again.

I checked FMP and there's no Thomas Warren baptisms listed for 1732 in the Suffolk baptisms index. Though probably explained by the fact that transcriptions for most places don't begin until 1754. See this list for places and dates. https://www.

FreeREG have a baptism for a Thomas Warren at St Mary's Boxford on 14 January 1733/34, son of John and Anne. No idea of how near Boxford is to Earl Stonham or Framlingham. Neither of those two villages have any transcriptions on FreeREG.

Many thanks Pam
I am afraid Boxford is too far away to be a possibility.
Thanks for the link also.
Ill have another look.
Cheers
