Hi-
Where did your Charles Frederick live?
There is a service record for a Frederick Charles Stocker, address 27 Grove Road, Godalming Surrey born 20 July 1899. Occupation Gardener, parents Walter and Alice. This is the only service record for a person with these names.
More than 60% of WW1 service records were destroyed in WW11 by bombing/fire. What do survive are the Medal Roll Index cards and the Award and Medal recrds but it is only in very rare instances that these have any personal information.
I see from John jasper's baptism record that John and Charles' parents were James William Stocker and Catherine Anne.
John Jasper Stocker
Age - 18 born about 1898
Died 10 Sep 1916
Cemetery The Thiepval Memorial France
Father - William Stocker
Mother - Kate Stocker
Regiment: London Rifle Brigade
Regimental Number - 10512
Region or Memorial - France
The record in UK, Army Registers of Soldiers' Effects, 1901-1929 shows his mother received 5 pounds on the 30 October 1919.

Your Charles Frederick's medal Roll Index card just gives his regiment and service numbers. 12 London Regiment, regimental number - 7321, 473563 and awarded the British and Victory medals so joined up after 1914. There don't appear to be any surviving service record for this man.
His wife Alice was awarded 4 pounds 9 shillings and sixpence on the 25 March 1918 and 6 pounds on the 6 Feb 1920.
In the column headed No.of List in which advertised there is handwritten "Vice Consul, Detroit"
Have you searched the National Archives for the war diaries of the London Regiment. Without a service record for either of these young men reading the war diaries may give some insight in to where there units were at a particular time.

Have you checked cwgc.com for the assorted servicemen that you're looking for?
For example, the site gives us:
10512 Rifleman John Jasper Stocker, died 10 Sep 1916 aged 18. He was in the 1st/5th btn London Regiment (London Rifle Brigade) and is listed on the Thiepval Memorial. Parents as you say, address 66 Paragon Rd, Hackney.
473563 (thanks Chris) Rifleman Charles Frederick Stocker, died 25 Nov 1917 age 28, buried in the Moeuvres Communal Cemetery Extension. He was in the London Regt (The London Rangers). Parents & address as already given.
If I have the right family in the 1911 census, Father, William, was a warehouseman in a tea warehouse, Charles was a milkman and john was at school. There's a total of 9 children.
