    Question looking for anne burns

I hope I am in the right place. I am looking for someone who can find a death for me of a Anne Burns. I have searched and searched. I last found her in the 1841 census aged 50/60, kirkby, Ireleth, lancs. She is lodging with the Woodend family. She is on her own and if I have the right one she should have had a husband of the name George Burns. It doesn't say she is a widow. Maybe I should have looked for a death for George first as if she is the right one he died before 1841. They were definitely married as I have the transcript. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you

The Kendal Mercury, Saturday, 7 Feb 1846, reported that a "... Mrs Ann Burns, housekeeper to John Woodend, Burlington Cottages, Kirkby Ireleth ..." suffered a serious accident while on the way to milk some cows, falling over a nine foot precipice "... breaking a leg and otherwise maiming herself." The item concluded " ... she is at present in a fair way for recovery".

There's a burial for an Ann Burns, age 65 on 23 March 1848 at St Cuthbert's, Kirkby Ireleth.

On the '41 Census the Anne Burns with John Woodend is aged 56 (not rounded down).

Hi, the transcript I have is from Family search. Her age is 50-60. John Woodend is a widower and has three children. It doesn't say what her role is.Under England and Wales Census 1841 it says:

    book number 14
    line number 8
    digital folder number 101720498

There are also three others lodging there, Elizabeth and Edward Brockelbank and John Carter all under 30 yrs old
