If you're looking at a transcription from the parish register then you need to see the parish register because often not all the details are transcribed.

If you're looking at a image of the page in the parish register, then what you see is all that you'll get.

You could look at other parish records but I doubt that there will be anything to find.
This is a list of some of the parish records which might be available, but you would need to visit Wiltshire Archives/Record Office to view them.

You're in Ealing. You only have to make your way to Kew and look in the London Family History Centre's collection of microfilms which is currently parked at the National Archives.

Most parish registers of that vintage did not record a date of birth

Trust Peter to pick up on relevant details.

Though I would say, go to Kew now rather than later because over the summer the films are being transferred to the Society of Genealogists so you might have a longer journey. Though still not as far as some of us.
