    Default Reading Seaman's Service Record?

Could anyone help decipher what this says in the last column, under 'wounds, scars, marks etc'?

I can make out the odd word here and there, but nothing that I can be absolutely sure about.
Reading older documents isn't my strong point!

He did serve in the Navy from 1898 until 1910. I suppose 12 years is ample time to decorate yourself!

    Wow. Thank you!
