I think there's been a misunderstanding somewhere. Probably my fault.
My Sarah Philbey (daughter of Freeman Philbey) - who married James Pearce in 1875 - was born c. 1849 (she was 76 when she died in 1925), so she won't have a mother born 1779.
The Sarah Kibbles I was referring to was the one who married a Freeman Philby in 1835 in Wendover - possibly the Sarah KIBBLE born Great Missenden 1813, daughter of William & Mary.

Ah, ok.
Too many Freemans and Sarah's for my liking.
I'll carry on and see where it all leads.
I've just received the searches for Freeman Philby marriages, and Sarah Philby baptisms. I'll PM you the results.
