    1851 Census - ref. HO107 1628 84 10

Do you have John on the '51 Census?

FMP has a record for a John Casey, age 34, Laborer HM Dockyard, born Chatham - relationship to head of Branch "Brother in Law".
George Pack brother in law - his wife is a Maria Warin Pack and mother in law is a Mary Casey, Winborn, Dorset
The census image is clearly Casey.

FreeBMD has the marriage registration of

Maria Warren Apsey, Jun Qtr 1842, Sheppey, Vol 5 pafe 515 - on the same page George Pack.

(FMP has Maria Warren Arben - original image not available)
