Samuel Alexander Sadler (1842-1911) was buried on 2nd October 1911 at the Anglican church of St Cuthbert, Church Lane, Ormesby, Middlesbrough.

In the churchyard there is a memorial dedicated to members of the Sadler family, in the form of an obelisk.

There is also a fine statue of Sir Samuel in front of the Central Library and facing Albert Road in Middlesbrough.

    Hope you enjoy your visit.

    Peter
