    The address is in column 4. There is a 19 4th avenue, but no 19a. Perhaps they were missed off.

    In Lovell's 1921/22 there is a alphabetical directory and a street directory. In the street directory for 4th Avenue there is at No. 17 W H Warren, 17a Geo Paquette, 19 Ed Grant, 19a Mrs A Halliday widow, 21 Charles Cox, 21a John Macleod.
    In the 1921 Census all the names and addresses appear other than Alexandra Halliday at 19a!
    I feel she was there but as suggested was missed in the census.
