Thank you all for your help.
Yes, there was no address on the birth cert but the baptism has become available and it states address North End which is a part of Watlington. I thought that I could get a locals point of view about the place.
I have Googled North End and I find it is a strange place to go from "Middlesex" as was said there's nothing in Watlington
I am just trying to break down my brickwall in any way that I can.

A lot of people moved for work...
If you have a subscription for Ancestry or FMP, why not have a look at the place using a census. It can be very illuminating to just look and see who was living in the same streets...
There must have been something there, or the settlement would not have survived!

No streets just a couple of houses and fields, and that is now. Like I was told there is nothing there and that was about Watlington. Maybe they were hiding as she was pregnant and not married ? But how do you get a job somewhere quiet like that. They must have known someone there ? I have loads of questions.
