Looking for information on Ethel Grace Isaacs daughter of Adolphus Archibald Isaacs (1885-1955) & Elizabeth Mary Kent (1884-1940).
Ethel was born in 1918 • Newport, Monmouthshire, Wales.
It is believed that Albert was also born in Newport, Monmouthshire, Wales around the same date.
Ethel married Albert Henry Taylor on 22 Mar 1941 Southampton, Hampshire, England. Register Office.
Ethel & Albert lived in Margate, Kent, England based on birth records of possible children in the 1940's and may have both died in the Thanet, Kent, England area.

If you have the marriage cert what is Albert Henry Taylor fathers name

Albert Henry Taylor and Ethel Grace Isaacs address on the marriage certificate was 54 Harborough Road Southampton. The name given for the father of Albert is Harry Taylor, a labourer.

Witnesses do not give any clues are H Moody and L Hopper.

I have managed to find a lot of information on the Isaacs family it is the more recent Taylor family in Thanet I am hoping to find further information on.

I have the birth certificate for Gary Taylor who was born in Margate (Albert is shown as a General Labourer) and I am in contact with Carol (who was adopted as a baby) and she is the a close friend who I am researching for as she is not computer literate. Trying not to spend too much of her money on GRO certificates without a bit more confidence in the facts.

I initially discounted Ann as her birth was 9 years before Ethel married Albert Taylor but may have to include her as another line of research.

There are possible deaths in that for Ethel Grace Taylor registered in July 1995 and for an Albert Henry Taylor in Feb 1996.

Next steps are burial records and historical electoral records (from local library and council burial and cremation records) ..... Not sure what is held at the Kent History and Library Centre

You could ask for the Birth cert. at the records office and have it crossed referenced for the fathers name William Taylor and mothers name Ethel Isaacs. if its not those names you don't want it they will give you a refund

Look on FreeBMD there is only 1 other marriage for a William Taylor to a Isaacs and that is 1913 in Whitechaple
