Henry's indenture is on Ancestry, I am finding some of the writing difficult to read.

Henry Williams, age 22, single, Hull, Rope Maker 3yrs, recg. stolen money, tried at Lincolnshire 22 July 1828, 14yrs, height 5' (can't make out inches) (can't make out complextion or hair colour) eyes hazel. Now disposed of to John Cowell Illawarra.

Then underneath is: Scar in right eyebrow and under right eye, Sophia Casson (CASSON unclear) right arm.

Could Sophia be a clue to who he is!

Info I have re births were what I found online ie Bishops Transcripts etc (but none for Yorkshire.
Marriage in NSW Australia 6 dec 1834, no info re birth or place of birth

Death Feb 1857 in NSW, Australia says Henry born in Hull, Yorkshire. age 50yrs.
In Australian colonies or states 31yrs
Father THOMAS WILLIAMS either Brushmaker or Brick maker (hard to read) no mother info.

29 July 1842 Certificate of Freedom in Australia born 1807 Hull Yorkshire, trade. Ropemaker
trial Lincoln Q S 22 July 1828. receiving stolen goods.

England Wales Crime, Prison & Punishment says:-
Rec from Lincoln 20 Aug 1828 no. 3223 Henry Williams age 21yrs Picking Pockets 23 July 1828 Spilsby Q S punishment 14yrs. occ. shoemaker.
no. 3224 William Brough age 20yrs shoemaker
In ( Two regular tramps frequently found together Picking Pockets by wholesale ??
