    Default Have an Unusual Surname?

    This post to my blog is based on a podcast by Lisa Louise Cooke on the Family Tree magazine podcast. I tried a few experiments of my own and got some interesting results. Maybe this would work for you too.

    My mother's family name is Eighteen, which is very unusual. We all seem to be related somehow... it's a good name for genealogy, as it makes finding relatives a bit easier.
