Evening,
I see no one has posted this.
FindMyPast just added an index and images to Catholic parish registers containing more than ten million entries. Those and all the Irish records have been made free to view until the 7th of March

The records on FindMYPast are the same as released last summer on registers.nli.ie but FindMyPast have now added an index and they claim this will all be free to access for ever. This week's free access gives you all their Irish collection including 23 million Petty Sessions records, newspapers prison records so lots to search.
Ancestry have also indexed these records and are offering free access to all their Irish collection for the month of March. You will need to set up an account with them to access this data -This involves you giving your name and email address, that's all. No financial information is requested. Once your free account is confirmed, you're ready to start searching.

According to this source, Bumlin, Graffogue & Strokestown are all in Bumlin RC parish. It’s records only start in 1830. Boyle is in St Peters which start in 1798, Greatmeadow is in Boyle which start in 1793. I can’t find Fryar’s Park. There is a Frenchpark. If that’s it, its in Tibohine which don’t start till 1833. So 4 of the 6 places you have mentioned have no records for the year(s) you are researching. No easy way around that I am afraid.

Thanks. ok the above info came from
Tax Assessment 1825 Bumlin, Graffoge
Tax Assessment 1833 Boyle, Great Meadow & Fryars Park
Marriage 1833 Stokestown
(all listed as Roscommon and have the same name as an ancestors father, the son was born in Roscommon about 1812)
Just thought possible leads to who I am looking for.
Yes not much can be done if records no longer exist (or weren't recorded) unfortunately.
Thanks for the help.
