    Default Marylebone Workhouse/Southall School

I am trying to get some confirmation of the information I have to date of the transfer, on 7th. August, 1912, of John Snelling to Annie MacPherson Home. I have that his mother was in the workhouse at the time and an additional note said a letter, dated 6th. February, 1912, had been sent from 63, Cirencester Street, Harrow. The dates don't seem to tie up. What I really need is if someone is ever at the LMA and could check this for me, could they see if there is a name of who wrote the letter. As far as I can gather, John's mother could not write and his father was dead.

    Cheers

Thanks. I'll give it a go.
