    That certainly looks like him
    It's worth checking his height as well, He was a tall man for that period - consistently shown on these records as 5 ft 11 and a bit.

    We're agreed, are we, that South Africa was a different man altogether?

    Hello Mike, I have stumbled across this site by accident just via Google. Peter Flynn listed on the census record in this thread was my father David's great great grandfather. His dad was Thomas flynn and the family settled in Caernarvon - my grandad Thomas lived in Liverpool. Some relatives still live in Anglesey now.
