    Default Java POW's

Looking for any information about RAF POW's in Java originally with RMU RAF Seletar in Singapore in 1942-46. My father was in various camps including Tasikmalaja, Jarrmarkt, Lyceum, Darmo, Bandoeng and eventually Pakan Baroe in Sumatra.

I'm not clear from that whether you have his service record but this is the link for obtaining a copy:

For data on British POWs see this research guide

    Hello vdavis,

    Welcome to British-Genealogy.

It's not entirely clear from your post if you're searching for people who may have been with your father in any of those POW camps.
If so, then your best bet is to join Forces Reunited, as that site is about connecting service personnel. Brit-Gen is more about the family history of those personnel.

If you came to us via Forces War Records, then please read this link.
