    Haven't heard about 'grave caring' before. What a great idea. I'll investigate further.

    A little addition to this thread.

    Thanks to the Head of the Archives and Special Collections at the Northern BC Archives who went beyond the call of duty in contacting the Prince George Genealogical Society when her first helpful link proved unhelpful (records ended in July 1931 and I wanted November), and Robin of the PG GS, I now have a photo of Thomas' grave marker. https://www.

    Name and true burial date were incorrect in an index so without a little shove in the right direction I wouldn't have found it, though Robin said that he would go and check if there was a grave marker so I expect he would have found it.

    Once again, my sincere thanks to everyone for your help in finding Thomas.
