Hi Maggs1533, welcome to BritGen.
This may be an image of SS Homeside:

Scroll down to Thomas Harris (who appears on simmo1's convoyweb link above) and click on the image for a larger view.
My old eyes can't make out the name on the prow but may be the site owner will be able to confirm it and allow you to copy it.

Hello Maggs 1533,
Welcome to British-Genealogy.
Thankfully more intelligent members realised that you were talking about a photo of the ship. I thought you were asking for a photo of your uncle. I'll blame 'Monday morning feeling' hanging over until the evening!
I presume you know that John's commemorated on Panel 57 of the Tower Hill Memorial.

I presumed Maggs meant the ship because of the thread title. Otherwise, why mention it?!
Come on, Maggs, tell us what you meant!

I'm sure Maggs did mean the ship. It was just that I had a blonde moment and couldn't do joined-up writing. Must be the other Peter's first-ever blonde moment too.
