Does anybody know a William G Heslop from Gainford area, married to Nora?

I am new to this site and Im trying to find out information about my mothers granddad, father of William Gardner Heslop from Gainford. My mother was born 1948 and she believes her granddad passed away before she was born.

It says 5 children born to the marriage 3 living 3 have died but those numbers don't add up
