    Default Navigating the forums - Prison records

    Is there some where on the website that tells you how to use the Forum i.e. where to look for certain things - prison records, whatever. I like the look of the forum but find it a bit confusing. I'm Linda, from Norfolk, UK, 70, keen genealogist. :-)

    Welcome to the Brit-Gen forums

    I have given your post a spot of its own in the forum Navigating Brit-Gen.

    I see that you have already posted and received some help re your query on Pentonville prison records.

    As I said, this post is now in the Navigating Brit-Gen forum which has lots of 'stickies' with hints on how to find your way around the forums. If you click on Forums in the blue bar at the top of the page you can scroll down to view them and choose the most suitable for your queries. Don't get too concerned - we can always move a post (as I have done)
