    Hi! I told you I would be in touch! I have a question easy for you to answer, I suppose: what was the required age for a young man to enlist in the Royal Air Force in 1941? The pilot I am working on enlisted in Australia at the age of 19 and three weeks... I am therefore wondering if 19 was the required age or if he could have done earlier, at the age of 18.....Thanks!     As far as I understand, you could join from 18 to 21, but only with a parents permission. 21 and over, just join up.
