I have found that marriage but unfortunately unless I buy the certificate I won't know if he is the right person.
There is someone with the same name in the census living in Wales and he was born in Redruth. I thought that I was on to a winner until I found him living with his father in Wales!

I bought the certificate and Thomas H Richards is the son of James and he married Hettie Trewin. I then looked for Hettie Richards death on BMD and found that she died 1961 Falmouth district.
FMP Electoral rolls has Richard and Hettie living in Penryn and 1939 has Hettie living in Penryn with I believe her married daughter.
christane, I think that you have found the correct Thomas H Richards death in Falmouth.
That is James Richards's branch of the Richards family finished.
Now to tie up the loose ends of the rest of the Richards
