Following further research I have identified that Judah Lee Simmonds aka J.L Simmonds was married twice to two sisters.
The first marriage was to Maria SOLOMON- On the 6th inst. J L Simmonds of 54 Lime Street City and 17 Sutherland Street Walworth son of the late W SIMMONDS Esq of Newington to Maria second daughter of the late Edward SOLOMON Esq of 91 Borough Road Southwark.
Two children at least were born from the first marriage- On the 5th inst. the wife of J L Simmonds of 17 Sutherland Street Walworth and 54 Lime Street City, of a son The Morning Chronicle Saturday November 8,1856; On the 25 February 9 Bloomfield Street Finsbury Circus Mrs J L Simmonds of a daughter The Morning Chronicle Tuesday March 1, 1859

Death- On the 26th inst.at 9 Bloomfield Street Finsbury Circus Maria aged thirty wife of J L Simmonds Esq. The Morning Post Thursday June 29,1860

In the same year 1860 Judah married Maria's sister Isabella- On the 24th inst. at Wansback, Denmark, J L SIMMONDS Esq of London to ISABELLA , third daughter of the late Edward Solomon Esq, also of London and niece of the late SAUL SOLOMON Consulate of the Island of Helena The Morning Post Friday December 29, 1860

I will post further data on the Edward Solomon lines and also show that Benjamin Lee Simmonds son of Judah married his first cousin Rachael LYONS daughter of Phoebe Solomon and Edward Emanuel Lyons.

This post provides a range of data on Edward Solomon 1774-1855 and Rachel Joseph 1791-1859 family with particular focus on Maria and Isabella two of the daughters who married Judah Lee Simmonds.
Edward Solomon's parents were Nathaniel Solomon and Phoebe de Metz. There is data on these lines in the Susser Archives and in Solomon Family of South Africa Bibliography online.

This post is an update on new data which shows the relationships through marriages between the Simmonds/Jacobs/Crawcour/Isaacs/Cashmore/Solomon families. The basis of this data and research has been the Michael Jolles 1998 publication on Samuel Isaac,Saul Isaac and Nathaniel Isaacs.
I have already posted significant information on some of the relationships see threads Isaac Isaacs-Catherine Lyons; Henry Isaacs-Alice Cashmore; John Isaacs-Deborah Solomon-Crawcour links; Lewis Isaacs-Catherine Solomon.

Jolles has written extensively on the Isaacs/Solomon of Chatham and his data and records have helped confirm that Deborah Solomon who married John Isaacs-( their daughter Rosa married Henry Crawcour ) was the sister of Edward Solomon who is recorded in #3 of this thread and is the father of the two daughters Judah Lee Simmonds married.
Similarly, Henry Levy son of Daniel Levy and Amelia Jacobs ( Amelia Jacobs being the daughter of Henry Jacobs and Kitty Moses) married Esther Isaacs daughter of Lewis Isaacs ( Lewis Isaacs was one of the sons of Reb Samuel Isaacs of Poole and Chatham. Lewis being a brother of John and Isaac Isaacs referred to in earlier threads).

The Solomon line descends from Nathaniel Solomon silversmith of Margate aka Nathan Solomon aka Napthali who was born circa 1735-1793 ( see Cecil Roth Susser Archives on Nathaniel Solomon and his wife Phoebe de Metz/Mitz).

It is likely that the relationships will be further identified as research continues.
